Student Leadership

The Heartbeat of Student Leadership

Student Leadership is the heartbeat of aLphabet—a voice, a force, and a responsibility carried with pride. Elected by their peers and faculty representatives, these student leaders stand for the entire community, representing not just opinions but the spirit and pulse of the school.

Leadership in Action

They drive initiatives, amplify student voices, solve challenges, and work to make school life stronger, bolder, and more connected. From championing school spirit to shaping a better learning environment, student leadership is where vision meets action.

House Captains step forward as leaders, learning to motivate peers, manage responsibilities, and collaborate with faculty. They face challenges head-on, building resilience, time management, and the strength to lead with both heart and discipline.

This is more than titles and meetings—it’s where students step up, take ownership, and learn what it means to lead with courage, integrity, and purpose. Leadership begins early - with some student leaders elected from the primary years as well (Grade 5).
