These Terms govern the use of the School’s website, digital platforms, and services. Access constitutes acceptance without limitation or qualification.

The School reserves the right to determine academic programmes, policies, schedules, assessments, and operational decisions in alignment with IB standards and regulatory requirements.

Submission of an application does not guarantee admission. The School retains absolute discretion in admissions decisions, subject to applicable law.

All fees are payable in accordance with published schedules. Fees once paid are non-refundable except where expressly stated in writing.

Students and parents are required to adhere to behavioural, academic integrity, and community standards as prescribed by the School.

Use of digital platforms and personal devices is subject to acceptable use policies. The School reserves the right to monitor usage for safety and compliance.

The School shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of its services, except where prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
